Role Description

This full-time role is based on-site at our facility in Gurugram. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and organization in the hospital. Primary responsibilities include performing laundry duties, ensuring cleanliness of all hospital spaces, and ensuring proper storage and arrangement of supplies. Additionally, interacting professionally with hospital staff and occasionally customers or clients may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintaining hygiene standards
• Strong Organizational Skills for managing cleaning schedules and ensuring orderly spaces
• Good Communication Skills and the ability to provide support and interact effectively with staff and clients
• Basic Customer Service skills, such as answering simple questions or providing polite guidance
• Ability to learn and follow standardized procedures through Training
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to identify and resolve cleanliness issues are a plus
• Pantry experience making tea coffee and using microwave and induction
