Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Keeping Incharge to join our team at The Sun School in Vizianagaram, Andhra Pradesh. As the House Keeping Incharge, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of our school premises, including washrooms, and supervising the man power consisting of ayas and scavengers. Your role will involve ensuring the attendance and punctuality of the sub staff, resolving any issues that may arise, and providing regular updates and reports to the decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand and identify the requirements of the school premises
- Regularly check and maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the campus
- Supervise and manage the ayas and scavengers
- Monitor and maintain the attendance and punctuality of the sub staff
- Take initiatives to provide uniforms or any other requirements to the sub staff
- Conduct frequent checks of the opening and closing of all rooms in the campus
- Resolve any issues or conflicts between the sub staff
- Update and report data to the decision-makers on a daily basis
Qualifications
- Any Graduate with a good understanding of working in a housekeeping role in an organization
- Knowledge of chemical usage for specific areas
- Data acquisition and analysis skills
- Excellent communication skills in English and Telugu, both spoken and written
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness
- Strong scheduling and organizational skills
Experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a relevant position
