Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Hotel Sales Manager based in Indore. The Hotel Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and driving sales activities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving revenue targets. Responsibilities include identifying and pursuing business opportunities, collaborating with the marketing team to develop sales campaigns, providing excellent customer service, and negotiating contracts with clients.

Qualifications
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and address their needs
  • Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to identify opportunities and achieve revenue goals
  • Experience or competency in Marketing to assist in the creation and execution of promotional strategies
  • Proven ability to build strong business relationships and negotiate effectively
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field
  • Prior experience in hotel sales or hospitality industry is an advantage
