Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Hotel Sales professional, based in Goa. The role involves building and managing client relationships, identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, and collaborating with event management teams to meet client requirements. Responsibilities include creating compelling pitches, negotiating with clients, and enhancing the customer experience through exceptional service. The role requires regular follow-up on leads, reviewing sales performance, and meeting sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build relationships and address client needs effectively.
  • Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management, including generating leads, negotiating deals, and achieving targets.
  • Ability to provide Training and guidance to team members for sales and service excellence.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle multiple clients and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
  • Prior experience in hotel sales or event management is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field is advantageous.
