Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Hotel Revenue Manager. The Hotel Revenue Manager will be responsible for developing pricing strategies, monitoring booking trends, and optimizing revenue streams across all OTA and offline channels. The role includes analyzing data to forecast demand, ensuring revenue recognition compliance, and managing pricing models. The candidate will work collaboratively with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to maximize profitability and occupancy rates.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of leading OTA platforms like MMT, Agoda, Booking.com, Airbnb
• Must have knowledge of listing and running promotions on OTA
• Strong Analytical Skills for data analysis, demand forecasting, and trend identification
• Experience in Revenue Management and Revenue Recognition within the hospitality industry
• Knowledge of Finance and Accounting principles as they relate to revenue and pricing
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools for managing revenue and analyzing financial data
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Hospitality Management, or a related field
• Previous experience in a Hotel Revenue Management role is a strong advantage
