Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Hotel Receptionist based in Delhi, India. The Hotel Receptionist will be responsible for welcoming guests, managing bookings and reservations, and handling front desk operations. Additional daily tasks include answering phone calls, providing information about services, addressing guest inquiries or concerns, and ensuring a seamless customer service experience.

Qualifications

  • Strong Interpersonal Skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
  • Experience in performing Receptionist Duties and managing Reservations
  • Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Communication, both verbal and written
  • Attention to detail and multitasking abilities
  • Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus
  • Proficient in standard computer and reservation systems
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and composure under pressure
