Sovor is a premium health and wellness brand founded by a Retired Army Colonel. We are launching our first Experience Centera hybrid Protein Cafe & Co-working space in Dehradun. We are looking for disciplined and ambitious Hotel Management students to join our launch team.
The Role: As an F&B Operations Intern, you will manage the daily operations of the cafe. This is a hands-on role where you will learn end-to-end cafe management, from inventory to customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- F&B Service: Preparation and service of health beverages (Smoothies, Coffee) and light snacks.
- Front Office: Managing the reception desk for the co-working/library space.
- Inventory Control: Tracking stock levels, minimizing waste, and handling daily billing.
- Hygiene: Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene at the counter.
Requirements:
- Current student or recent graduate in Hotel Management (BHM/Diploma in Hospitality).
- Based in Dehradun (Mandatory).
- Strong communication skills and professional grooming.
- Willingness to learn D2C brand operations.

- Stipend: 3,000 - 5,000 per month (Performance Based).
