The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our hotel, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving business success.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily hotel operations to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee staff performance and provide training and development opportunities.
  • Implement and maintain hotel policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Monitor financial performance and assist in budget preparation and management.
  • Promote hotel services and amenities to increase occupancy and revenue.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  • Proficient in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
