Responsibilities

  • Assist in the daily operations of the hotel including front desk management, guest services, and housekeeping coordination.
  • Support the management team in ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of hotel events and promotions.
  • Maintain accurate records of hotel activities and guest interactions.

Skills and Qualifications
