Key Responsibilities:
Guest Reception and Interaction:
- Warmly welcome and greet guests upon arrival.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and special requests.
- Ensure waiting guests are comfortable and informed.
- Manage guest complaints politely and escalate when required.
Reservation and Seating Management:
- Manage table reservations and guest seating arrangements.
- Coordinate with service staff to ensure smooth guest flow.
- Maintain guest records and reservation logs.
Service Promotion and Support:
- Promote hotel/restaurant services, offers, and special events.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and presentation of the reception and waiting areas.
- Follow grooming, hygiene, and service standards at all times.
