Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Guest Relations Executive based in Coimbatore. The Guest Relations Executive will be responsible for welcoming guests, ensuring their satisfaction throughout their visit, addressing inquiries and complaints, and coordinating with other team members to provide superior hospitality. Additional duties include promoting offers and services, managing reservations, and maintaining an inviting atmosphere at the restaurant.

Qualifications

• Guest Relations and Customer Service skills to ensure a seamless and pleasant guest experience
• Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members
• Experience in Receptionist Duties, including reservation management and greeting guests
• Sales skills to promote restaurant services and drive customer engagement
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
• Prior hospitality or restaurant experience is an advantage
