Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Hostess located in Mumbai. The Hostess will be responsible for warmly greeting guests, managing reservations, escorting guests to their tables, and ensuring excellent customer service. Other responsibilities include maintaining an organized seating arrangement, addressing guest queries, assisting with special requests, and coordinating with staff to ensure seamless dining experiences.

• Strong Interpersonal Skills and effective Communication abilities
• Experience in handling Reservations efficiently
• Proficiency in providing excellent Customer Service
• Professional Phone Etiquette for handling guest inquiries and bookings
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and a customer-focused attitude
• Ability to handle pressure and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in the hospitality or restaurant industry is a plus
• Degree or diploma or equivalent certification in hospitality is advantageous
