Amity University is seeking a dedicated Hostel Warden to join its team in Hyderabad. This is a full-time, on-site role requiring oversight of hostel operations and maintaining a safe, disciplined, and student-friendly environment. Key responsibilities include supervising daily hostel activities, addressing student concerns, ensuring discipline, managing hostel maintenance, and adhering to university policies to promote the overall well-being of hostel residents. The Hostel Warden will collaborate with administration and security staff to maintain a positive and secure environment for all students.

• Proficiency in hostel or residential facilities management, including maintaining discipline and coordinating activities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively address student concerns and maintain a positive environment.
• Experience in conflict resolution, counseling, and crisis management is highly desirable.
• Ability to manage administrative tasks, adhere to safety regulations, and coordinate with maintenance staff.
• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in an educational institution, is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in any relevant field; a degree or experience in counseling or student management is a plus.
• Ability to stay on campus and be available for emergencies as required.
