Summary:
We are looking for Warden/ Assistant Warden for Girls Hostel with a minimum of 3 plus years of experience.
Responsibilities
- :Ensure the well-being and safety of all hostel residents
- .Address student grievances and provide appropriate support and counselling
- .Manage hostel admissions, room allocation, and check-ins/outs
- .Maintain accurate records of hostel residents and related administrative data
- .Ensure proper functioning of hostel facilities such as water supply, electricity, and Wi-Fi connectivity
- .Enforce hostel rules and regulations to maintain a disciplined and secure environment
- .Monitor hostel premises to prevent any unauthorized entry and ensure the safety of students
- .Respond promptly to any security or emergency situations and coordinate with relevant authorities when necessary
- .Be prepared to handle emergency situations such as medical emergencies, natural disasters, or any other unforeseen incidents
- .Inform university authorities and relevant departments in case of critical incidents
- .Maintain records of student attendance and report any irregularities to the university administration
- .Prepare periodic reports on hostel activities, incidents, and student welfare issues for management review
