Role Description
The Hostel Warden cum Admission Counselor is a full-time, on-site role located in Manendragarh. The individual will oversee the management and operations of the hostel, ensuring student safety, maintaining discipline, and fostering a comfortable living environment. Additionally, they will counsel prospective students and their families, guide them through the admissions process, and provide personalized support. Responsibilities include supervising daily hostel activities, managing facilities, addressing student concerns, conducting orientations, and coordinating with parents. Effective communication with the school administration and maintaining records will also be crucial.
