Job description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Guest Service Associate to join our team at Hyatt Place Bhopal. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in guest service, preferably in F&B service.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and concerns are addressed promptly.
  • Manage front desk operations, including handling reservations, check-ins, and room assignments.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in guest rooms and public areas.
  • Handle complaints and feedback professionally and courteously.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and improve overall guest satisfaction.

Job Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Strong problem-solving skills are necessary to handle complex issues efficiently.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of hotel management systems and procedures is essential.
  • A strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service is expected.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software is preferred.

You will bring our purpose to life, by using your personal flair and style when interacting with our guests. Ideally you have a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management. Minimum 1 - 2 years work experience in hotel operations. Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills are a must.
