Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for a Hospitality Training Manager based in Chennai. In this role, you will design, implement, and evaluate training programs to enhance team members skills and service standards. Responsibilities include identifying training needs, delivering workshops, preparing training materials, evaluating training outcomes, and ensuring compliance with the company's hospitality standards. You will work closely with department heads to support professional development and maintain operational efficiency across various resort functions.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Training Needs Assessment, Curriculum Development, and Workshop Facilitation
  • Deep understanding of Resort Management, Hotel Operations, and Guest Experience Design
  • Excellent Leadership, Team Building, and Communication Skills
  • Familiarity with Standards of Service Excellence and Hospitality Industry Best Practices
  • Ability to analyze training effectiveness and implement measurable improvements
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Relevant certifications in training or hospitality will be advantageous
  • Previous experience in a similar role within an upscale hotel or resort environment is preferred
