Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Jamnagar for a Training Specialist. The Training Specialist will be responsible for designing and delivering effective training programs, supporting professional development, and ensuring improved performance across teams. Daily responsibilities include creating instructional content, conducting training sessions, assessing training needs, monitoring training effectiveness, and providing continuous support to trainees to enhance skills. Collaboration with internal teams and maintaining a customer-focused approach are also key aspects of the role.
Key Responsibilities
Training & Development
Identify training needs through assessments, audits, and performance reviews
Design and implement structured training programs for hospital and hotel staff
Conduct induction, soft skills, service excellence, and operational training
Develop training manuals, SOPs, presentations, and e-learning content
Hospital-Specific Training
Patient care standards and patient experience
Infection control, hygiene, and safety protocols
Communication skills for clinical and non-clinical staff
NABH/JCI compliance support (if applicable)
Hotel-Specific Training
Guest service excellence and hospitality standards
Front office, housekeeping, F&B service training
Brand standards, grooming, and etiquette
Handling guest complaints and service recovery
Evaluation & Reporting
Monitor training effectiveness through assessments and feedback
Maintain training records and compliance documentation
Prepare training reports for management
Recommend improvements based on performance outcomes
Coordination & Support
Work closely with HR, department heads, and management
Support onboarding and continuous learning initiatives
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Hospital Administration, Hotel Management, HR, or related field
37 years of experience in training, hospitality, or healthcare operations
Experience in both hospital and hotel environments preferred
Should be able to commute or travel to the locations clsoe to Jamanager Location.
