Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Hospitality Trainer located in Jamnagar . The Hospitality Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs for hospitality staff, focusing on areas such as customer service excellence, front office operations, and food and beverage management. Key responsibilities include conducting workshops, monitoring performance, providing constructive feedback, and implementing best practices to enhance service standards.

Qualifications

• 4+ Years of Experience in Hospitality Consulting and Training is essential.
• Expertise in Housekeeping , Room Cleaning ,Floor Management , Team handling is mandatory .
• Experience in housekeeping of Hotels , Hospitals can be preffered .
• Willing to Travel over all locations of Jamnagar.
• Knowledge in Food & Beverage services and related best practices
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt and effectively train individuals at varying skill levels
• Experience in program development and performance monitoring is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field is preferred
