Job Description

JOB Location: Middle East Countries, Brunei, Singapore and Malaysia

Responsibilities

  • Manage guest relations and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee daily operations of the hospitality services, including front desk, housekeeping, and food services.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Assist in the training and development of new staff members.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels of supplies and equipment.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel management software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
