Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Hospitality Specialist located in Noida. The Hospitality Specialist will be responsible for driving sales, providing exceptional customer service, managing hospitality services, and ensuring a welcoming experience for clients and guests. Daily tasks include greeting guests, coordinating with the food and beverage team, addressing customer inquiries, and maintaining a high standard of hospitality service.

Qualifications

• Customer Service and Communication skills
• Experience in Hospitality and Hospitality Service management
• Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
• Previous experience in a hospitality role is a plus
• Relevant certifications or degrees in hospitality management are beneficial
