Role Description:

At Zipped Hospitality, we are working on multiple Hotel and Resort development projects across India and we are looking for design-focused interns who want real exposure to how hotels are actually planned behind the scenes.

This is not just a drafting role, you will be involved in real hospitality projects, working on Back of the House (BOH) planning, zoning and operational layouts. This is an on-site role based in the Pune District, offering hands-on experience in hospitality design and planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare schematic drawings for Hotel BOH areas (Service & logistic, Kitchen & F&B Support, Laundry & Housekeeping, Staff Facilities, Engineering & MEP Interface, etc.)
• Assist in developing BOH zoning plans, flow diagrams and circulation layouts
• Translate operational requirements into functional layouts and space planning
• Support in area program preparation and block planning
• Work closely with senior consultants to align design with brand standards and operational efficiency

Who Should Apply:

• Students / Freshers in Architecture / Interior Design / Hospitality Design
• Strong interest in hotel planning, especially BOH and technical layouts
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD / SketchUp / layout planning tools
• Understanding of space planning, circulation, and functional design
• Detail-oriented and willing to learn real project workflows
