About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Hospitality Consultant to join our team. The role involves advising hotel owners, developers, investors, operators, and institutional clients on hospitality asset development, feasibility studies, market research, operator selection, asset optimisation, and investment strategies. The candidate will play a key role in delivering strategic consulting assignments across hotels, resorts, serviced apartments, mixed-use developments, and branded residences.

Key Responsibilities

Market Research & Feasibility Analysis

  • Conduct hospitality market assessments and demand-supply analysis.
  • Prepare hotel feasibility studies and highest & best use analyses.
  • Evaluate market trends, competitor performance, and growth opportunities.
  • Analyse tourism, business travel, and destination dynamics.

Advisory & Strategy

  • Advise clients on hospitality development strategies and business plans.
  • Support hotel positioning, branding, and concept development.
  • Recommend optimal product mix, facilities, and operational models.
  • Provide strategic recommendations for hospitality investments.

Financial Analysis

  • Develop financial models, projections, and investment appraisals.
  • Conduct valuation support, ROI analysis, and sensitivity assessments.
  • Evaluate project viability and funding requirements.
  • Prepare revenue forecasts and operational performance benchmarks.

Operator Search & Selection

  • Manage hotel operator and brand selection processes.
  • Coordinate RFPs, negotiations, and management agreement reviews.
  • Assess operator proposals and commercial terms.
  • Support contract negotiations between owners and operators.

Asset Management & Performance Review

  • Monitor hotel operational and financial performance.
  • Identify opportunities for revenue enhancement and cost optimization.
  • Benchmark assets against market and competitive sets.
  • Recommend strategies for improving asset value and profitability.

Client Management

  • Build and maintain relationships with hotel owners, investors, developers, and operators.
  • Deliver presentations, reports, and strategic recommendations to clients.
  • Support business development initiatives and proposal preparation.
  • Participate in client meetings and industry events.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
  • MBA or Master's degree preferred.
  • Experience in hospitality consulting, hotel operations, advisory, asset management, hotel development, or real estate consulting.
