Key Responsibilities
Visit hospitals, clinics, and healthcare centers to identify and collect staffing requirements
Build and maintain strong relationships with Hospital HR/Admin/Management teams
Fill out the Requirement Capture Form and submit daily reports
Gather vacancies for Doctors, Nurses, Technicians, and allied staff
Share collected requirements with the Head Office/Recruitment team for fulfillment
Conduct Follow-up Calls/WhatsApp To Confirm And Close Requirements
Present Medico Hub's services and process in a professional manner
Achieve weekly and monthly hospital visit & requirement targets
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate (B.Sc / BBA / BA / B.Com); healthcare background preferred
Good communication skills (Hindi + basic English)
Smart, confident, and professional personality
Fresher candidates are welcome; experience in Pharma Sales, Medical Representative, or Hospital Marketing is an added advantage
Must have: Smartphone & Two-wheeler (for field visits)
Salary & Benefits
Fixed Salary: 12,000 20,000 (based on experience & location)
Incentives: Attractive performance-based incentives on requirement capture & closures
Travel Allowance (TA/DA) as per company policy
