Job Responsibilities:
Greet patients and visitors in a polite and professional manner
Handle patient registration, appointment scheduling, and billing-related queries
Answer incoming calls and direct them to the concerned department or doctor
Maintain patient records, files, and basic MIS reports
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other hospital staff
Manage front desk operations and ensure smooth patient flow
Handle cash, receipts, and basic documentation (if required)
Maintain cleanliness and discipline at the reception area
Required Skills:
Good communication skills (Hindi & English; regional language preferred)
Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Hospital Management System HMS)
Pleasing personality and patient-handling skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
Basic knowledge of billing and insurance process (preferred)
Working Hours:
Shift-based (Day/Night shifts as per hospital policy)
Salary:
As per industry standards (Negotiable based on experience)
