Position: Front Office Receptionist
Hospital Type: Multi-Speciality Hospital
Location: Amroha, Uttar Pradesh
Qualification: Graduate (Any stream) / Diploma in Hospital Management preferred
Experience: 1–3 years (Hospital experience mandatory)
Job Responsibilities
- Handle patient registration, appointments, and front desk operations
- Greet and assist patients and visitors in a professional manner
- Manage OPD/IPD registrations and billing coordination
- Answer phone calls, handle inquiries, and direct calls to concerned departments
- Maintain patient records and data entry in hospital systems
- Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, and other departments for smooth operations
- Handle cash transactions and generate receipts (if required)
- Ensure cleanliness and proper management of the reception area
Skills & Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / Hospital software)
- Presentable personality and professional behavior
- Ability to handle patients politely and manage work pressure
