This is a full-time, on-site role for a Hospital Manager located in Ranchi. The Hospital Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure smooth hospital management practices, and coordinate with medical and administrative teams. Responsibilities include managing budgets, improving customer service processes, and maintaining communication with staff and stakeholders. The role requires developing strategies to enhance organizational efficiency and ensure high-quality patient care.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Practice Management and Hospital Management
Strong skills in Customer Service and enhancing patient satisfaction
10 to 15 years Experience with Budgeting and financial planning in a Hospital is a MUST.
Excellent Communication skills for coordination and stakeholder engagement
Leadership abilities with a focus on team management and operational efficiency
Bachelor's degree in Hospital Administration, Business Management, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus)
Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance standards
Salary Budget: Upto 12 LPA .
