Role & Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day hospital operations across clinical, nursing, diagnostics, and support departments to ensure seamless patient flow and high-quality care.
- Manage financial performance including budgeting, revenue cycle oversight, billing controls, and cost optimisation for the facility.
- Implement and maintain compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards (NABH) and oversee quality improvement initiatives.
- Supervise workforce planning: staffing, rostering, performance management, and vendor partnerships for non-clinical services.
- Oversee procurement, inventory control, and maintenance of critical supplies and medical equipment with strict stock governance.
- Coordinate emergency response, patient safety protocols, and incident reporting; drive measurable KPI reporting and operational dashboards.
