Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located at our New Delhi facility for a Hospital Front Office Staff member. This position involves managing front desk operations, welcoming and assisting patients, scheduling appointments, maintaining patient records, and coordinating administrative duties. The role requires excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to ensure smooth day-to-day operations at the front office in a dynamic healthcare setting.

Qualifications
  • Strong communication skills to interact effectively with patients, visitors, and staff.
  • Proficiency in administrative assistance and office administration, including managing records and coordinating schedules.
  • Customer service abilities to address inquiries, provide information, and ensure a positive patient experience.
  • Basic accounting knowledge to handle billing and financial transactions accurately.
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with office software and hospital management systems is an advantage.
  • Prior experience in a front office or healthcare setting is preferred but not required.
  • A diploma or bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or a related field is desirable.
