We are seeking a dynamic HORECA Sales Executive / Manager to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and a deep understanding of the HORECA sector, along with a proven ability to drive growth and build lasting client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the HORECA sector (Hotels, Restaurants, Catering)
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and key stakeholders
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional strategies for HORECA clients
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for management

Skills and Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in HORECA sales or related field
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the HORECA industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field ( Any Graduate )
  • Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and customer needs
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
