We are seeking a dynamic HORECA Sales Executive / Manager to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and a deep understanding of the HORECA sector, along with a proven ability to drive growth and build lasting client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the HORECA sector (Hotels, Restaurants, Catering)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and key stakeholders
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends
- Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional strategies for HORECA clients
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for management
Skills and Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in HORECA sales or related field
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the HORECA industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field ( Any Graduate )
- Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and customer needs
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
