Role Description

We are seeking a Horeca Key Account Manager for a full-time, on-site role at our Bengaluru location. The Key Account Manager will manage relationships with key clients in the horeca (hotels, restaurants, and catering) sector, ensuring excellent customer service and retention. Responsibilities include developing business plans, driving sales growth, analyzing market trends, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients. The role requires fostering strong relationships with top accounts, addressing their needs, and identifying opportunities to expand partnerships.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Account Management and expertise in handling Key Accounts
  • Strong Business Planning and Analytical Skills to develop strategies and assess market trends
  • Excellent Customer Service skills with a focus on building and maintaining long-term client relationships
  • Solid understanding of the horeca industry and the ability to manage high-value clients
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in using relevant tools and technology for account management and reporting
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • Prior experience in the food service industry will be an added advantage
