About the RoleThis is a hands-on, on-ground business development role.
You will be responsible for opening new HoReCa accounts in Mumbai, running product trials, and converting them into repeat business.
This role is ideal for someone who:

What You'll Do- Visit hotels, cafés, clinics, and hospitality outlets across Mumbai
- Pitch and introduce Salt products to decision-makers (GMs, purchase managers, owners)
- Run sampling and pilot programs to drive product trials
- Convert trials into long-term business and repeat orders
- Build and manage your own account portfolio
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth delivery and execution
- Track leads, follow-ups, and closures using simple tools (Excel/CRM)
Who You Are- 3–6 years experience in HoReCa / FMCG / institutional sales
- Have worked with:
- food & beverage brands / beverages / consumables / gifting
- Comfortable with field sales and daily client meetings
- Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills
- Basic understanding of how HoReCa clients purchase and reorder
- Based in Mumbai
