Role Overview
This is not a distributor management role.
This is a market development role.
You will build Salt's presence across hotels, boutique stays, premium clinics and hospitality groups in Mumbai from first meeting to long-term adoption.
You will act as the face of the brand to hospitality decision-makers and convert properties into repeat partners.
What you will Do
Build a structured city expansion plan across luxury & mid-premium properties
Identify, pitch and convert hotels, restaurants & hospitality chains
Run pilots, sampling programs and guest experience trials
Negotiate commercials, contracts and reorder cycles
Own key accounts and grow them into multi-property partnerships
Work with marketing on placements, amenities & in-room activations
Gather feedback from guests & GMs to refine product positioning
Track pipeline using CRM and maintain predictable monthly closures
Coordinate with operations for fulfillment and inventory planning
Who are you
58 years experience in HORECA sales / hospitality partnerships / hotel procurement
Have existing relationships with GMs, purchase heads or hospitality groups
Understand hotel adoption cycles (trial approval rollout reorder)
Comfortable with on-ground meetings and relationship-led selling
Strong negotiator with structured follow-ups
Experience with premium / wellness / luxury brands preferred
