Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Horeca B2B Sales Executive to join our team onsite in Gurugram. In this role, you will establish and cultivate strong relationships with clients in the Horeca (Hotels, Restaurants, Catering) sector. Responsibilities include identifying potential business opportunities, building a pipeline of leads, negotiating contracts, and meeting sales targets. The role also involves staying updated on market trends, analyzing customer needs, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients.

Qualifications
  • Proven skills in Sales, Business Development, and Strategic Account Management
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills for client relationship management
  • Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs to develop targeted sales strategies
  • Familiarity with the Horeca sector and B2B sales operations
  • Experience in preparing and executing client presentations and proposals
  • Proficiency in maintaining CRM tools and other sales processes for tracking leads and performance
  • Self-motivated attitude with a results-oriented approach
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Previous experience in the Horeca industry or a similar sales environment is a strong advantage
