Qualifications and Skills
- Bsc or GNM
- Experience in Cncer Care/ Home nusing preferred
- Strong patient care & communication
- Willingness to work 24 hour shift
- Must have a valid nursing license with 1 to 3 years of professional experience in patient care coordination.
- Proven experience in administering medication and IV therapy in a homecare environment.
- Excellent understanding of infection control practices to ensure patient safety and hygiene.
- Specialized experience in cancer care and home nursing is highly desirable.
- Strong observational skills to monitor patient health and report changes promptly.
- Effective communication skills to coordinate with patients, families, and healthcare providers.
- Ability to provide emotional support and compassionate care tailored to individual patient needs.
- Familiarity with patient record management and related administrative tasks in a healthcare setting.
