Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Home Tutor, based in Amritsar. While some tasks require in-person interaction, select responsibilities can be completed remotely. The Home Tutor will provide individualized instruction across various subjects, assess student performance, develop personalized lesson plans, and provide feedback on academic progress. The role involves creating a positive and motivating learning environment to maximize students academic potential.
Qualifications
- Subject matter expertise in core academic fields, such as Mathematics, Science, and English
- Skills in lesson planning, progress monitoring, and adapting teaching methods
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to motivate students
- Familiarity with modern teaching tools and methods, including digital learning resources
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field; teaching certification is a plus
- Prior tutoring or teaching experience is preferred
- Ability to balance in-person and remote work as needed
