Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kolkata for a Home Services Specialist. The Home Services Specialist will be responsible for providing high-quality customer service and building strong relationships with clients to meet their healthcare and daily living needs. Key tasks include managing client inquiries, coordinating services, supporting new business development initiatives, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the service engagement. Prior experience in handling teams to support optimal outcomes is preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to effectively interact with clients and address their needs
• Sales and New Business Development experience in identifying client needs and growing service offerings
• Basic knowledge of Finance to manage billing, service costs, and payment-related processes
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and maintain a compassionate approach towards elderly care
• Previous experience in healthcare, caregiving, or a related field is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Business, or a related discipline is preferred but not mandatory
