Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Home Loan Cluster Head located in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The Home Loan Cluster Head will be responsible for overseeing sales growth of the Home Loan business in the cluster. The role involves managing a team of Relationship Managers, providing guidance and support, monitoring loan disbursals, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving business targets. The Home Loan Cluster Head will also collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Mortgage Industry knowledge, including understanding of loan products, underwriting processes, and regulatory requirements
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build and maintain relationships
- Experience in mortgage lending and loan processing
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Effective leadership and team management skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs to develop effective strategies
- Proficiency in using relevant software and tools
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Relevant certifications or professional qualifications would be advantageous
