Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in home loan sales.
• Assist clients in the home loan application process and provide necessary documentation support.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitive landscape.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless processing of loan applications.
• Stay updated on home loan products, interest rates, and market trends.

Skills and Qualifications

• 1-6 years of experience in sales, preferably in banking or financial services.
• Strong understanding of home loan products and mortgage processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build relationships and network effectively.
• Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
