Sales Manager Housing Finance (Home Loan / Loan Against Property)

We are looking for a result-oriented Sales Manager to drive business in Housing Finance products, specifically

Home Loans and Loan Against Property (LAP). The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, acquiring

customers, managing channel partners, and achieving sales targets.

The ideal candidate should have experience in housing finance, mortgage loans, or LAP sales, with strong

relationship-building and sales skills.

Key Responsibilities

Generate business for Home Loans and Loan Against Property (LAP).

Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets.

Source new customers through direct sales, referrals, and channel partners.

Identify and develop new opportunities in the local market.

Develop strong relationships with DSAs, connectors, brokers, and real estate agents.

Expand the channel partner network to increase business.

Understand customer financial requirements and recommend suitable loan products.

Guide customers regarding loan eligibility, documentation, and process.

Coordinate with credit, legal, and operations teams for loan approvals.

Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies.

Track applications until final loan disbursement.

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum 1 year of experience in Housing Finance / Home Loans / Loan Against Property / Mortgage Sales.

Maximum age: 30 years.

Graduate in any discipline.

Skills Required

Strong sales and negotiation skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to build relationships with channel partners and customers.

Target-driven and self-motivated attitude.

Knowledge of housing finance products.

Login Time: 9:30 AM

Weekly Off: Sunday (Fixed)
