Job Responsibilities:
- Builds business by identifying and selling prospects and proactively maintaining strong relationships with clients throughout the home loan lifecycle.
- Identifies new business opportunities by thoroughly researching and evaluating prospects positions in the industry, and analyzing various sales options.
- Sells home loan products by establishing initial contact and developing meaningful relationships with potential clients; recommending tailored home loan solutions that meet their specific needs.
- Maintains client relationships post-sale by providing continuous support, necessary information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; and suggesting improvements for profit and service to clients.
- Prepares comprehensive reports by accurately collecting, analyzing, and summarizing critical sales and client information.
- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards and best practices within the sales process.
- Contributes actively to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed, fostering a collaborative and high-performing sales environment.
