This is a full-time on-site role for a Home Loan Sales Executive, based in Mumbai. The Home Loan Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying potential clients, understanding their financial needs, and offering tailored home loan solutions. The role involves managing client relationships, processing loan applications, coordinating with banking partners, and achieving sales targets. The candidate will also provide guidance on loan eligibility, documentation requirements, and repayment plans.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Sales and negotiation skills with the ability to meet and exceed targets
• Knowledge of home loan products, financial institutions, and the real estate market
• Proficiency in documentation review and financial data analysis
• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple client requirements
• Familiarity with relevant software and tools for loan processing and CRM
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
• Previous experience in home loan sales or in a similar financial services role is an advantage
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
• Proficiency in English, Hindi, and local languages will be an added advantage
