Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Home Interior Project Manager role based in Lucknow. The Home Interior Project Manager will oversee end-to-end execution of residential interior projects, from initial client briefing and concept alignment to final handover. Responsibilities include coordinating with designers, vendors, contractors, and installation teams; creating and monitoring project timelines; and ensuring materials, custom furniture, and modular components are ordered, delivered, and installed as per specifications. The role involves conducting regular site visits, inspections, and progress reviews to maintain quality, safety, and design standards. The Project Manager will manage budgets, track costs, resolve on-site issues, keep clients updated through clear communication, and ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.
Qualifications

  • Strong project coordination and delivery skills, including Project Management experience across multiple concurrent interior or construction projects.
  • Hands-on experience with Expediting and Expeditor duties, ensuring timely procurement, follow-up with vendors, and on-schedule delivery of materials and furnishings.
  • Knowledge of Logistics Management, including planning material movement, coordinating transport, and optimizing site deliveries to prevent delays.
  • Experience with site Inspection, quality checks, and compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and client requirements.
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Familiarity with residential interior fit-outs, modular kitchen/wardrobe installations, and custom furniture workflows.
  • Proficiency with project tracking tools and basic design documentation; ability to read drawings, BOQs, and specifications.
  • Excellent communication and client management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with designers, contractors, and suppliers.
  • Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making abilities, with attention to detail and a focus on deadlines and quality.
  • Willingness to work on-site, conduct regular field visits in and around Lucknow, and manage vendors and contractors on the ground.
