Job Title: Home ICU Setup Sales Executive
Salary: Up to 40,000 per month (including performance-linked incentives)
Travel Allowance: As per company policy
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Home ICU Setup Sales Executive to generate leads, convert inquiries, and drive revenue for hospital-level ICU care at home. The role involves coordinating with hospitals, doctors, discharge teams, and patient families.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Business Development
- Generate leads from hospitals, doctors, nursing homes, physiotherapists, and referral partners
- Build relationships with discharge managers and case coordinators
- Identify patients requiring Home ICU setup
Sales & Conversion
- Explain services, pricing, and benefits to patient families
- Coordinate assessments and feasibility with operations team
- Close sales and achieve monthly targets
Partner Management
- Onboard and maintain relationships with doctors, hospitals, and referral partners
Operations Coordination
- Ensure smooth handover post-closure
- Coordinate installation timelines, payments, and documentation
Reporting & Targets
- Maintain daily lead tracker and sales reports
- Achieve monthly/quarterly targets and share market feedback
Eligibility Criteria:
Education:
- Graduate (any stream)
- MBA in Marketing/Healthcare Management preferred
Experience:
- 14 years in healthcare sales, hospital marketing, or medical equipment sales
- Home healthcare/ICU equipment experience preferred
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Field marketing & hospital networking experience
- Target-driven mindset and willingness to travel
KPIs:
- Monthly revenue from Home ICU setups
- Hospital tie-ups and conversion ratio
- Lead generation and collection efficiency
