Roles & Responsibilities

Review and analyze patient records, including medical history, symptoms, diagnoses, treatments, medications, diagnostic test results, and care plans.

Accurately assign Home Health coding using appropriate CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS Level II codes based on the documentation provided by healthcare professionals.

Ensure the accuracy and completeness of all coding elements, including procedure and diagnosis codes, in compliance with applicable regulatory and industry standards.

Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to organizational privacy policies while handling sensitive patient information.

Collaborate with healthcare providers and internal teams to identify and resolve coding discrepancies, ensuring accurate documentation and billing compliance.
