We are seeking a motivated Home Consultant/Retail Sales Executive to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will assist customers in selecting home products that meet their needs, while providing exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate product recommendations.
- Demonstrate product features and benefits to enhance customer experience.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall performance of the retail team.
- Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on new arrivals and promotions.
- Assist in visual merchandising to ensure an appealing store layout.
- Provide excellent customer service and address any customer inquiries or issues.
Skills and Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport with customers and understand their needs.
- Proficient in sales techniques and strategies.
- Basic knowledge of retail operations and customer service standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or related field is a plus.
Shift Timings- 11am to 8 pm/12pm to 9 pm
6 days working with 1 rotational weekly off
