About Cradlewell

Cradlewell provides trusted newborn and mother care services at home. We are building a

team of trained and caring nurses to support mothers in their recovery and ensure safe care

for babies.

Key Responsibilities

Assist mothers with recovery (hygiene, rest, feeding support).

Provide newborn care including bathing, massage, diapering, and sleep routines.

Monitor and record health signs of mother and baby; escalate issues promptly.

Maintain strict hygiene and safety standards in home-care settings.

Educate parents on lactation, nutrition, breastfeeding, and hand hygiene.

Handle special cases such as C-section recovery, premature babies, or twins.

Guide families by answering care-related questions with empathy.

Supervise and mentor junior/fresher nurses in mother & baby care practices.

Coordinate with doctors and the Cradlewell team for continuous care.

Participate in training programs and support development of new nurses.

Requirements

B.Sc. Nursing or GNM

Registered Nurse certification preferred

Strong communication and counselling skills with families.

Comfortable working in a home-care environment.

Ability to manage shifts (day/night) and guide junior staff.

Empathy, patience, and a strong sense of responsibility.

Added Benefit experience of mother & baby care, NICU, paediatrics, or maternity wards.

Language Preferred : English & Hindi
