This is a full-time on-site Holiday Consultant role based in Kochi. The Holiday Consultant will assist clients in planning and organizing personalized travel experiences, ensuring customer satisfaction at every stage. Daily responsibilities include understanding client requirements, offering tailored travel packages, coordinating bookings for flights, accommodations, and activities, and managing customer queries. The role also includes maintaining knowledge of travel destinations and trends, promoting travel services, and providing post-booking support to enhance the customer journey.

• Strong skills in customer service and interpersonal communication to understand and fulfill client travel requirements.
• Proficiency in destination research and travel planning to customize holiday experiences.
• Experience in sales or travel consulting, with knowledge of tourism and international destinations being an advantage.
• Ability to work in a team, meet deadlines, and provide high-quality service with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with travel booking platforms and software is preferred.
• A bachelor's degree in travel, tourism, or a related field and fluency in English. Additional language skills are advantageous.
