This is a full-time on-site role for the Head of Department (HOD) - Computer Science, based in Dehradun. The HOD will oversee the academic and operational execution of the Computer Science department, guide faculty, and mentor students. Responsibilities include curriculum development, supervising teaching methodologies, managing department activities, and ensuring academic excellence. The role also involves fostering a culture of research and innovation within the department and collaborating with stakeholders for continuous improvement.

• Proficiency in Computer Science concepts, Software Development, and Informatics
• Strong skills in Programming and the ability to guide students in technological advancements
• Excellent Communication abilities to manage faculty, mentor students, and engage with academic and industry stakeholders
• Prior experience in academic leadership with a strong understanding of curriculum development
• Ph.D. in Computer Science or related field is highly desirable; a Master's degree with significant experience may also be considered
