Senior Manager/AVP - SA Portfolio & Channel Engagement (Liabilities)
Role Objective
Drive Savings Account (SA) portfolio growth by managing the OTB book, strengthening channel engagement (with a key focus on the SKY channel), and improving AMB, RV, PH, digital adoption, and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
SA Portfolio Management
- Manage and monitor the SA OTB portfolio.
- Drive AMB uplift, RV improvement, PH deepening, and digital adoption.
- Track portfolio health: book growth, attrition, inactive-to-active conversions.
- Implement corrective and preventive actions.
Channel Engagement & Productivity
- Work closely with SKY channel to enhance sourcing, activation, and productivity.
- Provide training, product/process updates, and enablers to channel teams.
- Run structured reviews, monitor KPIs, and drive productivity interventions.
Analytics, Dashboards & Insights
- Build and publish daily/weekly/monthly dashboards & MIS.
- Provide performance insights and actionable recommendations.
- Prepare management review decks and business reports.
Customer Engagement Strategy
- Use customer data (demographic, psychographic, behavioural, channel affinity) to design targeted hooks.
- Support digital onboarding, adoption, and engagement journeys.
- Drive deepening, re-engagement, and retention measures.
Market & Competition Benchmarking
- Track competitor trends in liabilities and digital journeys.
- Suggest improvements and new initiatives to stay competitive.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with product, operations, marketing, risk, service, and analytics teams.
- Facilitate communication on new campaigns, policies, and portfolio initiatives.
Skills & Qualifications
- 5-10 years of experience in Liabilities / SA Portfolio / Channel Management.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate insights into actions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
- Structured thinker with proven ability to drive portfolio & productivity growth.
